Updated by one star, they phoned me! I am still on the list after all. I was told I could ask for updates when I like, so I will every week :). I ordered a Tiguan from Elsy in October. She left the company and sent me a message in December (she is A+) with the person's contact who she left the order with. I was in touch and all was good, still waiting but inventory was arriving. I have been trying to get a response for a week now and nobody is getting back to me.

Good service. Buying a car wasn't too difficult. 2 issues.. The salesman was nice and friendly, but he didn't seem to know enough about the car. Maybe he was new. They delivered the car with no gas. It was literally just enough gas to turn on and drive to the gas station. You would think spending $600,000+ pesos, they can put $500 pesos of gas for you as a courtesy.
