We were interested in purchasing a vehicle and after receiving terrible attention from an advisor who left the process halfway and simply stopped answering the phone, I had to contact myself to report this situation and receive attention from another advisor.
Their attention was good and fast until the moment when, due to the situation already mentioned, we decided to purchase a vehicle from another brand, to which it seems that the resentful advisor continues to contact me, I understand "trying" to close the sale but through derogatory comments towards another brand and a certain level of harassment since it was already mentioned that the interest in all of the above was 0 and now mostly for all of this.
I consider that if the customer decides to opt for another brand, the best thing a seller can do is sell through service, not criticism and bad wishes to another brand and the buyer.
They have poor service, months to “fix” my car and when I go to pick it up, they are doing everything at the last minute. I left the car with them so they could fix something and they didn't do it. It seems to me that they consume warranty times. They do not give clear information.
