I am very glad to have this store in Lehigh! Not all of the prices are high, but you tend to pay for the convenience of not driving to a Lowes or Home Depot. I am also aware they may not have the same bargaining power. School lessons aside, the staff is very helpful and kind and the store has a pretty good selection. They also have many services including, key cutting, propane filling, and I believe they rent carpet cleaners.

I had very helpful people want to help me. It was great! The employees are super-friendly, always smiling, good attitudes, I just can say enough. They were all fantastic! Highly recommend!

Buyer beware!!!!!This store is the worst…bad service horrible attitudes from employees and managers..manager dirty blonde white lady…let’s start by I’m a veteran and I come into the store and ask for assistance and they tel me no and they could cut something for me guy in back was rude and the counter lady in front wen I tell her….I go back 20 min later cuz I forgot something and once again I couldn’t get help asked for someone to help Me with something to my car I was rudely told no…by the employee then by the manager……she says we got no employee lol there 5 i counted and they always just standing around…..funny thing I serve my country for people like this toooo be treated like this….this store in Lehigh is the worst for customer service ….they just making a check and don’t care about customer satisfaction……..I don’t recommend coming here……. P.s the manager laughed wen I told her I was gonna write bad review she say it ok I look at them anyway and I’ll delete..best thing about Google reviews u can’t lol….it’s ok well c how corporate likes it…….corporate needs to fireeee these kind people makes alll ace hardware look bad……..and I’ve been coming here for over a year now and this is not the first time for bad service………

Just purchased a Home Gym Set and I was missing some Lock In Bolts. Ran in and out smoothly.

Husband works at this place. He enjoys helping people find the items they describe to him Some employees work hard.
