This place get zero stars . My mothers PCP sent changes over for her meds and then she has to wait almost 2 refill cycles as she uses pill pack, every month they forget to send her insulin, we are still waitingfor October. Last month she got her meds filled and instead of calling and saying that they forgot a med they sent in the mail. thankfully I am my mother caregiver and could assist her with seeing the meds with the bottle as the bottle she can not open nor does she have good sight. Now this new set of pill pack that were delivered are not correct and they forgot to added the new med and chagnes to the pill packs. This place is horrible They do not help seniors at all. I want to know where is pharmicist got her license. I am ready to report them to the state and I can't change my moms pharmacy now because they have already filled her pill pack for November, not to mention they are not dated correctly.
Wonderful experience with this pharmacy. Just discovered it today. My husband needed a walker and they were so helpful in letting him choose the one he wanted. Very friendly and helpful. Need to advertise more so people will know they carry so many different items. Will absolutely use them again.
Absolutely do not rent from this business. Their "automatic monthly payments" are subject to whether or not they remember to charge your card that month and if you don't catch it they hit you with a huge bill when you return your equipment.
If I can give this a zero star.

The medical supply department is ran from India
I have always been told not to give my red white and blue number from my insurance card to anyone over the phone, and when I refused to give my number out over the phone to a call center that was ran from India... I was told by the pharmacy then I can take my business elsewhere, so that's exactly what I did and I went with choice medical
My medical supplies got processed immediately without having to give my insurance card numbers over the phone because they already knew that information.
Horrible. My PCP faxed an order to them. The pharmacy called me to tell me they received the order and that I needed to come in with my insurance info and to get fitted. I was told to not wait toward closing as it was first come first served.
I drive an hour to get there to hear them say that they don't have an order for me.
The only reason I was there was because they called me to tell me they had my order and to come in!
The courteous thing to do would have been to admit they lost the order, apologized and then contact my PCP to get the order resent.
