Great store with helpful staff. One of the cleanest Ultas I have been in.

I love this store. It’s got a wide selection of products and in a convenient location but what really makes it stand out is the staff. Every time I come in everyone is always anttentive and helpful! Went in recently and asked a staff member about a certain item, they said if I didn’t like it I could return it no questions asked and they’d find something I love. I ended up loving the product! 10/10 will definitely shop here again.

The staff is always friendly and patient. Very good at reminding me about my points! Not pushy about selling the products and genuinely helpful around the store.

Out of items, not restocked in weeks. Staff do not even acknowledge you. Management is rude, crabby, and disrespectful. Most Ultas feel welcoming, warm upon entering, and want to help you find what your looking for, spend some more money…etc. This location needs some love, hugs, and upbeat attitudes. Literally went to cvs across the street. Someone please help this ulta.

i am a frequent shopper at ulta, usually getting my hair done at the salon. typically i know what i’m there for, but today i went in ready to drop a serious amount of money on recommended products. walked around the store, and saw several employees. not a single one of them greeted me or asked me if i needed anything. one employee saw me and literally turned around to avoid me. i am not one to get angry with service or retail workers, but this was just over the top. all i needed was 15 minutes with someone to just tell me what i needed and i would’ve bought it. i did not feel welcomed until i went to the salon to make an appointment, where the stylist was very kind and made sure i got what i needed.
