The holiday pop-up shop is a must-go-to in the area. In the past, I’ve found great deals on UGG boots. They also have the suede cleaner in store.

Three associate working on 8/28 was rude and racist towards us. My mom stated she was being watched and followed by a big associate. The associate never ask her once for help but just stood there watching her every movement. Also, the manager was giving us a very hard time and excuses about why she couldn’t give us a student discount and military discount. I shopped here in the past multiple times and never experience such poor customer service from Meghan, the manager, and another big associate. When we showed Meghan our receipt that she didn’t applied the military discount, she just looked at us and walked away without saying a word to us. The associate, who cashed us out, agreed to give us the discount but the manager refused it after. The sign displayed at the outlet clearly stated “Military members and their families.” We felt very uncomfortable by the way all three associates treated us, especially from the manager. For a well known company like Ugg to have such disrespectful and racist employees.

I called tonight looking for a pair of Neumel boots in a seasonal color, and Shannon was beyond wonderful. She was extremely friend and went above and beyond to help me find a pair. She even checked all local retailers and called me back to tell me she had them put on hold for me in Atlanta! Can’t wait to get my Uggs, you made my night Shannon!
