We're not really the handiest of people, and these guys always jump right in to help us as soon as we walk in the door. Yesterday we didn't even have to enter the store before one of the employees came over to look at what we needed for our car and then headed right to the tool we needed and brought it out to make sure it fit for us. It's been our experience with them every time we've come by this past year. Great customer service and knowledge. 🙏🏾

My local hardware store. Good luck getting through the door without someone asking you if they can help. They carry great stuff and can help you get set up. The garden section is rad. I buy all of my grill supplies here as well.

DO NOT GO FOR PROPANE REFILL! I frequently visit Ace for hardware needs, as it’s much more convenient than going to Home Depot. I’m very close to this location. I usually go to Courtesy for my propane refill. I decided to do it at Ace this time. Besides it’s being a process, it seems to be almost a burden. You will also leave with an empty tank and a damaged valve. I will return for other items, but definitely never again for propane!

Almost every time I go in, I am greeted and helped with locating what I need. For me it saves a trip to Home Depot and Lowe’s where no one helps you.

Went in for part got that and also, because of Lisa's, in Garden Center, because of product knowledge and Customer Service skills I got 6 really nice plants ! She made sure that the entire experience was 100 %, even by helping load my plants! Ty. Dave
