Great customer service and worked me in for an emergency shoe repair. I so appreciated them and their expertise. Plus my shoes left there better than what they were when I initially bought them brand new. Highly recommend

I experienced very bad customer service when I tried returning a pair of $150 shoes that I purchased for my mom 2 weeks and 2 days ago. The shoes are unworn, and my mom didn't try them on (she is very picky and said "no" before I took them out of the box). When I went to return the shoes today, the older woman cashier accused me of lying about them not being worn. She took the soles out of the shoe, brought them to the back of the store, then came back and asked me where the small mark came from that was on one of the soles. I told her that I did not know, because my mom did not wear the shoes or try them on. She then explained that it was past the 2-week return period (it has been 2 weeks and 2 days), and that she couldn't return them. I then explained that I was not made aware of the 2-week return policy and assumed it was the standard 30-day return policy. She told me I should check the receipt next time. I felt disrespected and stated that I would not shop here again if they wouldn't return the shoes, and she then told me that "I didn't need to be rude to her". She then proceeded to accept the return, so I'm not sure why I was given such a hard time. I've never had this bad of an experience returning something before, and I hope that the cashier learns to be more respectful and kind to people visiting the store.

Had 2 emergency shoe repairs before heading out of state. The owner, Chris, quickly repaired both at a LOWER COST than I had anticipated. He called me about the repair and when they were ready for pick up. Very accommodating, great communication and great work done on my shoes and boots. Saved me a TON of money. Great experience!!

This place does AMAZING work! I thought my brand new heals were for sure a goner after my dog got them.. but Chris fixed them up and they look as good as new!!

Excellent customer service. Prices are good too. They measured my feet and clarified some misconceptions I had about shoe fitting. The store is connected to Muskegon Shoe Repair. The owner is a full service cobbler. Very cool place and very nice people.
