NEVER BUY FROM TREND BOSTON!! I have NEVER, dealt with such unprofessionalism ever in my life. The worst customer service of any company I’ve ever purchased from. They have been ignoring my emails to return an item for over a week now. They initially answered and said they would look into it and get back to me. No one has ever gotten back to me. I ordered the wrong size of shoe and was going to be glad to buy the correct pair back from them. But no way in hell will I do that now. Not to mention the box the shoes come in was damaged and their response was “the item was not damaged”. Like how clueless are you to think that the items ORIGINAL BOX is not part of the Item! So unacceptable. I’ve been buying shoes online for years. This was the worst customer service I have ever had in my life.

Excellent customer service. The shoes I purchased were available at their location but was at another. Within 15min they delivered it to where I was. Sales associate was friendly and had a great conversation while I waited. If I lived here, I’d shop here more often!

Bad customer service. Been into the store several times and despite not being busy, sales associates talk amongst themselves ignoring customers and go out of their way to avoid helping you. Despite wanting to buy shoes from them, I would rather shop elsewhere and avoid the hassle.

I have had really good experiences at this store. I originally came in looking for white sneakers, and they had this brand called So ftinos that the other stores didn't have. The shoes are really cute and comfy. Just got another slightly different pair in a differentcolor. Good customer service both times. I have not tried to return or exchange,so I can't speak to that aspect of the business.

Terrible customer service, wanted to change a shoe and they said they will call me back and never did. They clearly don’t really care once they sell it. Also, they don’t tell you that they do not refund money back if there is an issue until they sell the product. Stay away from this store and people who is just deceiving you and not respecting customer at all.
