Tradehome Shoes

Went to Tradehome in the Boise mall this afternoon with my son. I normally keep to myself and try not to interact with people while shopping; but Nathan and the other guy working there were so great! The other guy was super sweet striking up a conversation with my 8 year old son about video games; while Nathan was equally as sweet, patient, and kind helping me pick the perfect shoes. I was so impressed that we even picked up shoes for my son too. 🙂 Thank you!!

Jacob was awesome helping me find the right shoes! He didn't hesitate to help me go through several pairs and knew exactly what to try next based on what I was looking for. While I normally feel awkward and lost in stores like this Jacob helped me feel comfortable taking my time to find the right fit.

Very helpful staff. Eli is super funny, knows great suggestions for what type of shoe would be best for the activity your going to go enjoy. I went in thinking about one brand, he sold me a brand that felt like walking on clouds. My back has never felt so good, I feel like I could be in a 5k and I hate running. Thanks so much you guys! And I can't forget about the socks. Who knew there were so many different socks?

I just left Trade Home Shoes with my mom. We had been looking for Birkenstocks. We came in and had the blessing of meeting Jacob. He not only helped us out above and beyond, but he was the kindest person I have met in a long time. My mom has polio and he was so helpful to find her perfect size on each foot. Jacob is THE BEST. Trade Home Shoes is blessed to have him and we will be back to see him again. THANK YOU JACOB!!

I purchased a pair oh Hoka shoes and the transaction was very pleasant and professional. I returned the shoes one week later to a different employee that offered too much unnecessary unprofessional unsolicited harassment that made my transaction very disgusting. I never asked for cash back plus the employee said he couldn't resell the shoes. I only wore the shoes for two days at my job and didn't feel comfortable. What is the purpose of the 30 day return exchange policy if one will be humiliated and talked like a dumb person if the employee doesn't practice good manurism and understands not to speak unnecessary oxygen/time words that can escalate to arguments. No bueno.
