A very good Toyota dealership, we went to ask for the price of a Tacoma and a tundra pick up trucks. Carlos Arce was the guy who took care of us. Super helpful and he knew what he was talking about. For sure we will back when we make up our mind.

Ordered part for the Rav4 service was great and people are friendly.

General Service and attention is too slow, Shop doesn't have any stock of any parts... they need to order them to cdmx, you have to pay 100% in advance and wait a week or so ... for a big and brand New place this is unacceptable.

Answered questions fast but failed to follow-up even when I made the approach and requested further information. Seems that cash is not valued here. They put you at the end of the waiting list. They prefer financing. Decided to make the purchase in a different city due to their poor customer service or deal with a different sales representative. Toyota should inspect their dealerships from time to time to make sure that quality standards are being met. Total opposite from dealership in San Diego California. I worked for Toyota of El Cajon back in 2003 and we had very high quality standards

Mechanics are decent and the place is clean but service and repairs were not as good as Toyota Los Canos.
