Great Car - Bad dealership. Buying The Car I bought a pick up at this dealership which was a nightmare. I did not write a review because i wanted give them the benefit of the doubt. alli can say is 1. they could not find my payments . 2. When i received the car there was rust underneath the car. 3.When i spoke to the agent they showed me a car and price . When i picked it up it was the correct car but minus all the add on they originally showed me . They did not even put the stickers on it they say it is a 4x4 or the type of car. Communication was poor. Management was even worse. They told me originally they did not want to take dollars. Then i said i would pay in pesos via transfer then that became a issue because they wanted to the one to exchange the dollars for pesos . Just a joke . I had to write emails to toyota head office to by the car. When bought the car i pointed out to the manger that they had 2 star reviews. I see that has changed. I wonder how many they bought because everybody i speak to who has purchased a car from the dealership has been astonished how bad the service and pricing is Fixing the Car I recently has a diagnostic at dealership which cost 100 dollars *(no problems). The diagnostic was correct . Burnt out clutch, the problem is the crazy price to fix. They wanted 47000 pesos for the clutch and another 40,000 pesos. 87,000 pesos to replace a clutch. The car cost 22,000 dollars. This mean they wanted close to 25 percent of the value of the car which is a joke. It takes 4 hr to replace a clutch . They wanted 2,500 dollars for mechanic to change it and a 7 day wait for the parts to come in . I took the car down to another mechanic cost m 700 dollars to replace with a better clutch then toyota provide in there car and it was done in 2 days. Do not fix your car at the dealership. Just get the diagnostic. If this dealership want to charge more because they are Toyota that fine. But to charge 800 percent more is daylight robbery. It's actually insulting There service- The agents are very nice and courteous when you arrive but it takes them 30 minutes to process each customer . If you have 2 customer before you are in line for 1 hr . this is just bad . It's always like this. This is bad management. If you are that busy charging crazy prices higher another member of staff. at least when you charge be 800 percent more for fixing my truck you can at least take my money quickly. Servicing the car the only service i can recommend from this agency . They did a good job When you buy high value items you expect high value service This dealership does not understand this at all Last have a look at the reviews. There is a profile call local Guid adding 5 star reviews to cover up all there one star reviews.

Hands down the worst buying experience possible, at every turn they made it as difficult as possible to get anything done quickly during buying a seminuevo. Poor communication and just pure bad service. No "Kaizen" exists here. They even managed to break my windshield during diagnosing a problem...and deliver my car to me with a crack all the way across it, and tell ME to call my insurance and deal with it. 🤣 Mr Toyoda would be rolling in his grave

Replaced windshield today and went well. Took awhile to get part ordered and delivered from USA. I did not receive an email or phone call when part was delivered. Scheduling an appointment to install windshield went unanswered after 2+ months & after 4 times contacting dealership until I requested a refund of the part. A real learning experience.
