A simple spare part (dust cover), which they promised would arrive in 15 days (they asked us for half the advance to order), it has been 4 MONTHS and every time they give us excuses and they don't have it, and we CANNOT use the 2023 car, because it loses guarantee, which they did not give us because we had to pay for the replacement, TERRIBLE SERVICE
