If you’re a foreigner trying to buy a Toyota this establishment is horrible. They ignore you and any type of assistance is futile.

Can´t speak for the dealership as a whole, but the salesperson who was with us, didn't present options, said that the vehicle we wanted to buy was oversold, that in the event we wanted to buy it we will have to wait a very long period of time because the waiting list was in 5 before us, so we would be number six, if we wanted to trade in, he strongly suggested we sold our vehiicle elsewhere, because he said our car was practically a lemon, and offer peanunts for it. The brand is excelent, but they or at least he, treated us like he was making us a favor. Would buy the brand but in a different place.

They are clean and skilled, did the job in the time promised.Happy with this place!

Terrible service, from the receptionist to the sales agents, they serve you based on how you look and if you don't look like "money" they don't even approach you, you have to approach them to ask if they want to serve you...they don't tell you nothing about their product, nor are they clear with their financing, they explain the minimum of both the product and the financing. They basically kill the brand's reputation with terrible employees.
