Attentive staff, but it's useless when they do it wrong.
I took my car in after an accident and when they delivered it to me, it was all scratched. I don't know how they washed it, they left it in very bad condition. Even the part they had changed was scratched.
Obviously I didn't accept it and they asked me to come back days later. When I went again, the same part was damaged again, now they had blown off part of it with the polisher.
Furthermore, the car was dirty and since they "polished" it, it had cream everywhere, even on the interior.
I don't know how their "quality control" works, but it is unfortunate that you call a customer to tell them that their vehicle is ready, when they have not even checked it to see if it is being delivered in optimal conditions.
Although in the end they gave me a letter to return later -because they no longer had space to fix it again-, they did not consider that it would be the third time that I would have to leave my car, which implies time and money.
They are very irresponsible, starting with the manager, they don't care about the user's time, they don't serve you and they don't put themselves in the customer's shoes. Not even customer service can solve it for you, no one is responsible. I don't know how Toyota allows them to continue working like this. In conclusion, do not buy there, terrible experience.
It is a super nice place where everyone is waiting for your visit, first service of the vehicle and I can only say that they have gained a customer. Don't lose that good attitude because that's the only way to build extraordinary experiences!
