Good cars, but terrible service from a certain DENISE PACHECO. Terrible way to treat customers. She speaks to them very evenly and haughty. It has happened several times but I had let it go. I tried to report the matter but there is no complaint service number and I had to do it here.
Terrible service. We took a car to service and when we delivered it, the seat was dirty, we told the person and they told us that the mat they put to avoid dirtying the seat made it dirty 😂. They didn't put the stamp in the service book and the person who attended to us is everywhere except at his desk and we have to look for him. They told us that we could go get the car on Saturday and they gave us the wrong schedule, so we were left without a car all weekend with a trip already planned and no one is responsible. Do not believe in the schedule they have here, it is not correct.
Terrible service if your car has a fault. They don't tell you what status it is in. There is no commitment to deliver the unit. They make the sale and from then on you raffle it off.
