Questionable practices going on here. They make you wait and don't respond. If this is a negotiation technique, it's a horrible one that annoys me. If it’s not a negotiation technique, then it’s incompetence. Either way, disappointing.
Details:
Went to see if they would buy my car. Possibly as a trade-in for another car, but they didn't have what I was looking for, so it would only be them buying my car. After a quick visual inspection, they gave me a very reasonable preliminary offer (higher than the Autrometica value). In hindsight, this was probably a trick to get me to come in again and invest my time. So I went back the day after for the mechanical check, which took about 2 hours. They said they found a code while doing the diagnostics check. I went to AutoZone to do a diagnostics check after that... they couldn't find anything. To be honest, this could be due to a different scanner, but when I sent the AutoZone report to my salesperson, I did not get a response. Now we are 3 days after the first inspection and 2 days after the mechanical inspection, and they still have not responded to the AutoZone diagnostics report not finding an error code, and they are still talking to their manager about the final price they will offer me. I guess he/she has been too busy for the past 2 days ?!? If they don’t want to buy my car, that’s fine, but at least communicate about it.
A friend of mine also had a very bad experience with the service there. His Tacoma broke down and needed repair. The communication was horrible as well. So much so, that he had to complain to the manager of the service department.
Last year we went here to buy a new Sienna. This was a more pleasant experience. Ultimately, we did not get the car because it took too long to arrive, and we got our money back without problems. So, it’s not all bad. I guess when they can sell you something, their service is better.
I love the Toyota brand. It's the most reliable car brand. Unfortunately, this agency does not reflect that.

Very good service, friendly, prompt. Unfortunately they didn't have the kind of car I needed.

The quality of the products are awesome, the cashier's service is kind of slow, but other than everything else is really good.

Very friendly staff but waiting line is huge (6-8 months) and prices are secure until delivery. Not worthy of the wait nor of uncertainty on prices.

They have no spare parts and diagnostics takes forever too. So be prepared to be without a car for days if not a week
