Terrible attention and terrible service

I really don't know how this car agency survives. I went to ask for reports on a new car and unlike other agencies, the salespeople were completely absent, with no desire to serve a customer. Information on one of the cars? I think my 5 year old nephew could tell me more about them than the seller. It's a shame, Toyota is a great car brand, this agency doesn't do it justice.

They are not professionals, they have no ethics or morals. They only take up your time. DO NOT BUY A PRE-OWNED THERE

Terrible experience, a theft in spare parts service, not recommended at all, they practically tell you well you already paid for it and if it doesn't work for you, although we were wrong, do what you want there are no returns, no refunds or exchanges or anything
