Great Service. Recently I purchase some parts for my car at this location with astonishing customer service from the Manager (Jose Miguel Torres). At the beginning I was hesitant to know if they speak English, but he does in a very professional way and Great Prices compared with the ones from Brownsville.

Very good service, from the people who take the Sita to the workshop, very friendly but it is unfortunate that you are even afraid to leave the truck in the workshop, thinking that they are going to remove a part, there are people I know who have not had experiences pleasant I hope nothing really happens when I take it for maintenance and they don't remove any parts. Or like the hook to pull that I have the suspicion that they changed it. Unfortunately, because of the trust that one has because they are an agency, they end up having to take out all the things inside as if they were thieves. I hope to regain trust and feel that security and forget all the bad testimonies.

Complicated, unfortunate and exhausting situation that I am going through, when acquiring a NEW 2023 unit with the Toyota Innova Matamoros distributor. They can't find the fault, they don't give a diagnosis, the unit has been in the Agency since day 2. I'm still waiting for the warranty to become effective. Update 09/22/23: Guarantee became valid.
