Sales staff show a lot of initiative the moment you walk in, if you're not in search of a new car things change immediately. The staff in other areas seem to care less. They don't accept American Express

Bad attention and very dirty, in the offices they do not turn on the air which makes your stay uncomfortable while waiting for a procedure with the company, since Chetumal's average temperature is between 29 to 31 degrees Celsius in the shade
