Came to have a quote for a brand new car Asked later for more info and tbh it wasn't the best experience Great product, bad customer service

Wow just Wow. This dealership is TOP notch. Every time I come, which is not very often because I own a Toyota and Toyotas are very durable, I feel like I'm part of the family. For example I am greeted with what is now a familiar face, but even the first time the service writers took time to understand what issues I had. The same level of thoroughness was given after I came back to pickup. I observed the staff take careful time to make sure the client understood all the work needed and how it was to be completed. I've also observed completely the staff likewise make sure the client understood what repairs were made and provide proof that the work was done correctly. The staff seem to get along and have a family-like atmosphere. It's of high priority to me that the staff enjoy their job as they are much more likely to care about the details of my very expensive investment of a car. 10/10

The staff is very polite and theirs efforts let me had a good experience. However their sown internal process has a lot of burocracy so it means you have to spend your time to receive any kind of response regarding purchasings. Be careful.

I went online to use their live chat feature to set up a service appointment. After someone said they'd be right with me, I didn't get another reply for almost an hour. They later said they would text my WhatsApp number and it's been two days with nothing. If this is any representation of the quality of service here, I'm glad I didn't bring my car in.
