I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received today. I placed an order on 10-5-2020. Four items were on my order. One for 39.50, 65.50, 16.50 and an item on sale for 13.98 (I got charged full price at 33.98). I had 50.00 torrid cash as well as 10.00 birthday cash. None of my torrid cash was applied. There was an option to apply any coupons or discounts of which i had a code for 15% off of my first use of my torrid card. I was never prompted that the 15% off and the torrid cash could not be combined. My order came in two separate packages several days apart. Upon calling customer service I was told that non of my torrid cash could or would be applied. I would only get the discounted price for the one item that was suppose to be on sale at the time of my order (20.00). One item was completely missing out of the four I was to receive. This is not good business practice. This was my first purchase using my torrid card and will be my last. As soon as I receive my return shipping label I will be sending all merchandise received back to the company (3 of 4 items). I will be canceling my torrid card as soon as the purchase amounts are credited back in full. Please look into this matter so that future customers do not have the same issues.
I love Torrid and shop all the time online and at various locations, but this is definitely one of the worst stores I’ve been too. The sales associates are almost always either rude or don’t speak me to me at all. When i went in last time, i had to wait for the cashier to get off the phone before she rang me up. But i guess at least there’s a torrid close by for plus size ladies.
I had a very horrible experience at Torrid in Tupelo, Ms on today. An employee told me that I could exchange an item, then once I had search an hour to find an item to exchange my item with, another cashier came and told me that I could not exchange item because I purchased item with my Torrid birthday reward and Torrid Anniversary reward. I tried to explain to them that just wanted an exchange, they then told me that they would call security on me because I was upset about being told one thing then another thing happened. I then called customer service and they gave me my rewards back. I then left! Later I came back into the store because I decided to purchase shirt with rewards. I then looked up and they had called security on me just because I came into the store to purchase shirt!!!! This is the worst experience and customer service that I have ever had in a store!!!!
I love this store and all the sales girls!! They are amazing and like a family when I go in. The clothes are wonderful and they have the best bras hands down!! Can not say enough about this wonderful place!

Love the clothes here. Cashier was super friendly but manager on duty that night had a bad attitude towards customers.

I love this store and all the sales girls!! They are amazing and like a family when I go in. The clothes are wonderful and they have the best bras hands down!! Can not say enough about this wonderful place!
