I was served by 3 different people, all of whom behaved in such a way as to always use the wrong pronoun, despite the fact that I said several times that I am a trans person and have the right to a social name, as if that weren't enough, an employee made an account at C6 bank on my name, this bank is known for respecting trans people and allowing the use of the social name on the card, the transphobic did the disservice of registering me with my wrong details, denying me being a trans person, putting my gender as male without asking me at any time and denying the use of a social name that must be requested at the time of registration. She did all this promising me that the bank would give me credit to pay in installments for the device I was buying, it turned out that the bank did not give me credit and she made an account with the wrong data as if I were a cis person causing me great stress and dysphoria, I don't recommend this store to anyone, transphobia is absurd in itself, but vendors making cards in your dead name is beyond absurd, it's bizarre.

I went to solve a problem and an attendant was talking to another customer, and the one who helped me didn't give me the information I wanted and didn't even look at my face, he said I had to go to another store because the franchise couldn't solve it, so They should close it down as it is no good. Person seems to go to work unwillingly and lazily.
