I was at the store on 07/21/2023 at night, I was attended to by Sayonara who didn't leave her WhatsApp throughout my service and another girl who got involved in the service to inform me that the system had crashed and there was no expected return date for an exchange. from the physical chip to the digital chip. Well, I contacted the Taguatinga Shopping store at the same time and was informed that the system was normal and that there was no outage at any time. I went to Taguatinga Shopping and in less than ten minutes I managed to change the chip at the Tim store. Service was ZERO, lazy and lying employees!
In fact, the Taguatinga store reported that they are doing this routinely and that several customers are going there saying that the system had crashed… A LIE!
When it came to offering a new plan, they were great… God forbid something should happen with this terrible store.
Terrible, I don't recommend it! I'm a Tim customer and I changed a 3-account plan to a family account. They gave me a plan and said that the change would be made within 24 hours. Even if the bill is overdue, you can only change the plan after paying the old bills in advance, even if they are not overdue, we have been without the phones working for 6 days. He was not informed by the attendant, he said that he did not know and that he only found out after implementing the plan.
I had a problem with the signal on my chip and needed to change plans. I called, and nothing. I sent a message on the recommended WhatsApp, and nothing. I had to go in person to find out that that store was a TIM ''reseller'', which didn't provide the service I needed. When I get there, I see three guys on their cell phones, one next to the other (I imagine it's not the company's cell phone, because I'm still waiting for an answer). I make a point of going further when I need something from TIM. Terrible.

They are located inside the shopping mall. The staff was very helpful.
