When visiting the store to purchase a new chip and redeem my number, I faced problems. On the first day, the attendant was making my request to redeem the chip, after offering a postpaid plan and refused by me, he informed me that the system was unavailable, making it impossible to redeem my number. When I returned a few hours later, I was informed again about the unavailability of the system. The next day, another attendant offered a post-paid plan and stated that they only had post-paid chips and no longer had pre-paid chips as they received these chips every seven days. Questioning this information, I reported the situation from the previous day, when the attendant stated that the system was inoperative, but it had a chip. After some debate, she went to get a prepaid chip, highlighting a questionable practice of forcing customers to purchase unwanted plans, alleging a lack of chips or problems in the system. This is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is the only TIM store in São José dos Pinhais. It is worrying to see representatives of a company like TIM acting in this way, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and ethics, wanting to make a tying of both services (Tying is illegal) I hope this message reaches the store managers and that they take action.
My service was excellent, but I witnessed several bad services, the women were rude, they didn't make a point of helping a couple. It seemed like a scam, they needed to be more polite when it came to customer service
Terrible service, I called trying to resolve a problem because I couldn't register the chip and the girl made me go there just to tell me that the chip was burned out.
I had a terrible experience at this Tim from xv, there are a lot of employees who only care about what brings them profits, a superb manager they think she has the king in her belly, the price of TD is more expensive than at other Tims... so I went to Tim at the mall São José, I received excellent service and my problem was resolved effectively and I left happy and satisfied with the service!
