I have never felt more cared for at a hardware store. All of the employees that I interacted with were genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I am from out of state and I’m here helping my mom for a week and I felt like a part of the community while getting what I needed from this store. I am truly grateful for the high quality customer service that I received. Maybe the best hardware store in the nation.

The employees are very helpful and the store is well stocked, organized and clean. They have special ordered items for me when needed. This is my "go to 1st store" whenever I need anything. Selection is great, service is quick and sure beats the big box stores!

Ace has everything Home Depot or Lowe's has to offer but is also has the one thing the Home Depot does not have and that is the best customer service you can find anywhere cream professional helpful employee with a home vibe.. and I love working here..
