Although this ups location is a bit far from me, it’s totally worth it. Customer service is always great, fast, friendly, give them a raise! Lol

Went there at 9:15 am on a Saturday morning to drop off a package, and the door was locked and no one was in. I called and no on answered. The sign said the store opens at 9am which is misleading for customers. Very disappointing

The staff was super friendly and it was so easy — just drop the item off and they pack and ship it for you!

I’m definitely giving this location a 5 star rating. The customer service was exceptional, the staff member Govonna was very welcoming, helpful & patient with me despite the system giving difficulties. I will for sure be returning for future services.

Has an Amazon delivery for Palmer House. Hand sized package of a couple ounces, charged 5$ to pick up! Guess these $15 an hour employees have to get the money somewhere. Never again from me. Interesting taste and will impact future business with UPS.
