The service is exceptional. The staff is very customer oriented. They know your name when you walk in and greet you. They are very careful with my packages, offer help to carry heavy items.
I had read about return packages gone missing at this ups store but had great service thus far. Then I sent a quilt back to Amazon. Walked in with my box, the guy took it apparently scanned it and off it went. But not back to Amazon so now I am paying for a quilt I no longer have. I will be much more careful next time I need to send something back.
Horrible service .. I would understand if the owner pays attention to the problem first rather than was upset as me . Yes I was upset , so I went early in the morning but instead of helping me to understand what is going on the owner wast just as upset as me. I meant is that how you talk to your customers ? How rude . And what the documents is still in UK. I wasTed my money sending these important documents and I got the express one . But still in UK it’s been a week A WEEK !! WHAT A POOR SERVICE!! EVEN put the wrong address . I will never return to any ups store.

Amazingly poor customer service, apparently from the owner. Rude, abrupt. And now local watchdogs are reporting that the owner steals packages meant for Amazon return. If you MUST use this service, be certain to get documentation and receipts. If you CAN use another service, use them.
