I've been going to this UPS for YEARS - and the 1 star reviews are RIDICULOUS. The only time you pay for tape or packaging on your Amazon returns is when it ACTUALLY says to pay (it IS on your Amazon return label or code - I looked).
Service here has always been good. And it is still good.
If you have an issue with paying $1.00 for packaging and a label find another way to do this - maybe try printing it yourself and buying your own tape, although it's about the same cost...just saying.
Never go to this location the manager is nothing but a snakey crook. They Charge money to tape, shut your box and put a label on it when the post office does It's for free. I confronted the manager about this. And he said that he has a business to run and can't afford charity work because it comes out of his own pocket. When he denied that the Post Office does it for free? He challenged me to go to the Post Office and ask them if they do it for free, then come back and tell him and he would give me 2 rolls of tape to make up for my costs if I proved it. So I went straight to the Post Office. Got a signed and stamped note that indeed they do not charge for tape or labels and brought it back to the store. However, the manager went back on his word. Laughed at me said he wanted to go to the Post Office himself. And when I said you're gonna make me wait when I already went there. And I'm showing you this proof he laughed and did not give me the tape he was continuously rude. His customer service is just beyond belief. He cannot help customers out it only wants money. He is greedy and an a****** do not go here.
This is the worst UPS location I have ever been to in my life. Since a new owner took it over it’s just awful. Cold and demeaning service, charges for things no other UPS store charges for like labels, Amazon returns and tape. I saw a customer get yelled at for not understanding something. I gave them a couple try’s and it was worse each time. Avoid at all costs, it’s worth driving a little farther to get better service without an attitude. If I could give zero stars I would.
they charge a dollar for a piece of tape judging based off the other reviews it's just this store that does this how did the owner think that was a good idea. Edit to reply to the owners copy and past response to negative reviews your the only store that is doing this I call B.S on your excuse terrible management is terrible management your scamming your customers using rising costs as a scape goat no one charges a dollar for a piece of tape you are ridiculous I am going to go up to exit 14 from now on.
Great store. This store was able to help me when FedEx wouldn’t give me time to fill the envelope out the same day. I had a question about my package and again ups was there for me. Thank you ups and keep up the good work.
