When I arrived to the store the line was from the counter all the way to the door. There were two employees working very hard and fast. When it was my turn, I got attended by Kelly. I was returning devices from Comcast that didn’t have the sticker of the serial number but I had it written down. So Kelly put everything together and made the situation easier than it should have! Very professional and very fast. I also appreciated the the store was very clean. I like that.

I will be back to this store for future shipping needs. Ray was very patient and efficient in my shipping requests. He took time to explain everything since it was my first time shipping important documents. This old lady says, "Keep up the good work" and thanks for being so nice.

I've rented a mailbox at this store for several years and the friendly service is top notch. Even during the holiday rush the staff is always pleasant and professional. I'm on a first name basis with everyone and consider them to be my fondest acquaintances. Well done everyone!!

Today I dropped off a package and I want to say the customer service I experience was excellent! I love how the young lady greeted you when you walked in the door and let you know that they will be right with you. Customer service is so lost in our society that I thought I'd let them know what a great job they did today.
