The UPS Store

Truly the kindest people to work with in town. Mrs. Billie worked tirelessly with me to perfect our event programs for a recent fundraising Gala. I have worked with this team a number of times now and each time they have provided exemplary service and attention to detail. You are sure to be greeted with a smile when you walk in, too.

If you’re a small business, don’t use this store to drop off your ups packages. I was told by the owner that they don’t make much of anything on our packages and then cornered at our truck by the owner because I had called ups store corp to complain about the way we were treated here. Unbelievable treatment, but it is an independently owned store, so they get away with it. It’s a shame. Not a small business solution for ups package drop off, unfortunately!

Just had the worst customer service experience ever. Went to leave a review and it looks like I'm not the only one who's had this experience. I called the store and the phone was answered by an older gentleman who said his name is Bob Murphy. After reading some of the other reviews, I understand he's the owner and goes by Billie Murphy. He had absolutely 0 interest in helping me out or even listening to my question. I was appalled by the way he talked to me and how bad he just wanted to hang up the phone. I've seen some lazy employees at some of the UPS stores before, but no one has ever been so rude and disinterested in helping a UPS customer. He shouldn't own a UPS store if this is how he treats his customers. Speechless.

Very helpful, friendly always go above and beyond to help me out every time . They also do the best printing and design jobs. I highly recommend their services.

I took an envelope to the UPS store in Arkadelphia AR. It had a pre-paid label from ebay. I could not track it on the UPS website. I called UPS in Arkadelphia. They said they could not help me track it. even though I had given them the envelope. They were very rude. I called ebay. They helped me. Ebay said UPS could have tracked it for me. UPS Arkadelphia is terrible.
