The UPS Store

Hi I was very impressed by the efficiency of the owner at this store. I needed to amend a letter and then print and fax it, and after a few tries, he made sure to help me accomplish all of this, all while helping other customers. Thanks again in helping me through a frustrating moment.

The store offers excellent service and products. The current owner and his employee are courteous and will go out of their way to help the customer. People need to realize that the store has nothing to do with the delivery aspect of the venture. The owner started working their when he was young and has now gone on to take over. A true American dream story. Would recommend the ups store to everyone.

I was helping my mother move which involved her having to ship several hundred pounds of items over several days. The clerk, Jimmy, was an absolute delight interact with. Prompt, courteous, and willing to help carry some of the *really* heavy boxes. I must've been in and out of that store so many times that I think I qualify as an employee now! If I want moving out of the state myself, I'd happily come back to this store again!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Everytime I go here I have a horrible experience. In fact, I wrote some time ago a bad review regarding this store due to them charging higher prices than other stores. Today, I had a different experience. I dealt with the owner, James Hibbs, who was extremely unprofessional! He has absolutely no people skills and has made returning a simple product such a hassle for me. I have gone to other ups stores and have never had an issue. In fact, employees are always super friendly at other locations. However this one is completely different. I even asked the owner to give me the corporate number after receiving poor service and he REFUSED to give it to me only because I stated that I would be writing another bad review. This just shows how unprofessional the owner really is. I recommend anyone to not go here. I only went here because this store is on my way to work, and quite honestly, I forgot how bad this store was, but after my visit today, I was quickly reminded again.

I ship out 10-30 items a week. I've been to ups stores countless times and this is by far the worse service I can remember. The lady that works on the weekend is lazy, rude, and impatient. Since I ship frequently I always am ready to just scan and wait for a receipt. Unfortunately many other people are in need of assistance. Don't expect any help here without being talked down to in a rude tone. It's frustration to watch people work in customer service job that are not people person. Like go work in a warehouse so I you don't have to talk to anyone. Whoever is in charge should really check the cameras to show how horrible there works are. Avoid this place
