The UPS Store

I was so happy to find a UPS store open on Sunday!!! I stopped in yesterday afternoon and Will helped me with my shipment. She was super efficient and so very pleasant. Thanks, Will, I'll probably see you again!

I have been a customer at this UPS store for several years. I have always had excellent customer service until recently. There are now three young women who work there who are very rude to customers and act as if they are doing you a favor by helping you, rolling their eyes with disgust if you ask a question. There are a few other customers I talked to who are very unhappy as well. We will be taking our business elsewhere if this isn't addressed. It is just as easy to be kind as to be rude.

I have been coming to this store for awhile. The folks that used to work here were always so wonderful and pleasant. Over the last year there have been significant staffing changes and the new staff are unprofessional and just not pleasant or polite. Every time I walk in it feels like the employees are annoyed to be helping me.

Love this UPS store! Rueben (and the rest of their team) are super helpful, and always a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Rueben, for going above and beyond to help me with my last minute HR needs. You're the best!

Needed to do an Amazon return and found this location, which is supposed to open at 7:30. Arrived at 7:45 to a locked door. Anyone doing business at this hour is likely in a hurry trying to get an errand done before work. The late opening is not appreciated.
