The UPS Store

I cannot say enough about this particular UPS. The staff and owner, Jed are knowledgeable, helpful and always greet you with a smile. It doesn’t matter how busy the store is, it’s obvious every customer is important and treated as if they’re the only person in the store. I’m there frequently to check my mailbox, and often send a package to my granddaughter. I’ve never had anything but, friendly, caring and excellent service. I’m so fortunate to have THIS UPS nearby. I’ve gotten used to calling it “My UPS”. The only product I miss A LOT, are the wonderful greeting cards that they can no longer carry. I understand it wasn’t the store’s decision to stop them, but, I have to say having them available was the BEST! Judith K

Convenience, tracking of packages, on time delivery. Aaron was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Got my packages mailed quickly and efficiently.

Aaron who waited on me. He is exemplary at the front desk. He has confidence and gets it done and you just feel like everything will be done right.

Jed was super friendly when I walked in. He greeted me and told me he appreciated my visit. He truly gave interest in me being there.

Came to drop off pre-paid return packages at 6:50 and the store was already CLOSED! Hours clearly state on the door as well as website and right here on Google Maps open until 7pm. No sign anywhere on store front about early closing! Seems more and more locations are closing up to 30min before posted hours! Terrible customer service!
