Tried to return a package here but since it wasn't taped up they refused to ship it. FedEx has always taped up my packages or at least given me free tape to use. There was also a long line because other customers were also caught off guard by the no-taping policy. I used to think all the shipping companies were basically the same but apparently it's possible to have uniquely bad service. I recommend using FedEx instead if you can.
Absolutely DO NOT come here. Terrible service. They don’t tape your package or print for free. Thats been free at many other UPS Stores that I’ve been to. Short Asian guy is the worst there. Sounds arrogant and just picking his nose the whole time while a nice lady trying to help.
This is my favorite place for shipping especially Amazon returns. I go in the afternoon to avoid crowd. Even if there is a crowd the line moves fast since 3-4 people work at the same time. The manager Ryza is a sweet person. Always greets you with a smile and gives you all the information whether you want to ship domestically or internationally. She also does notary. Other staff members are nice too. The great thing is they are open on Sunday too.
There is a nice lady here. When you have issues with packaging or need help she goes out of her way to help you. I do not know her name but she is about 5'9 and Asian. Younger lady. Very considerate and helps you with amazon packaging. She would make a good manager.
I dire need of customer service training. Came here today to get something notarized, and the gal refused to take my father's military ID. I shared that the website says that a military ID is valid for identification, and she was extremely rude, stating I can not trust the website and they only follow what the notory official site says. When I attempted to share with here that the official website does list it as valid form of ID and went show her the page thinking she would want to know for reference she again curtly responded that she was not here to argue with me and if I wanted to be refused she would do that (did not even look at the page so obviously she haad no interestin finding out id it was true or not) . I needed to call someone to be a second witness. Besides, it looked like my 88 year old fathers military ID was a fake. It is up to the notories' discretion if they want to accept a form of ID or not. I am baffled at the reason why she felt it to be so necessary to be so rude to a customer. Take your business elsewhere. If my father was not in a cast and using a walker, I would have. Will never go to this location again.
