The UPS Store

Normally, I would not leave a review for UPS stores because I feel their prices are a little outlandish. However, the girl with the short hair working the counter at this store has helped me the last two times, and her attitude is enough for me to overlook company policies beyond her control and give HER five stars. She’s super friendly, super positive and super polite. I wanted to go back in and get her name but thought that would be weird. You know who you are and thanks for making the world a better place.

I had a very horrible experience yesterday. The one employee that was wearing a name tag Ilanna was very rude to me . She started to take my information and when another customer came in. A trainee needed her help several times while she was attempting to type in my information. She finally had a young man take over taking care of me. She had made 2 mistakes on the addresses and she was very rude in her reply’s to me about her mistakes. Not apologetic and even told me that if I keep being rude she was going to refuse service to me. Which really made no sense because the service was actually completed by the other clerk. When I asked for her name to clarify her name she said her name was Lydia and she even asked the other clerk “that’s my name right?”. I will be contacting the store to talk to the store manager about this incident.

The prices aren't amazing, but the employees are absolutely wonderful. Me and my father were tended by a man named Jack, and his coworker named Cal and they were lovely, very conversational while still getting our papers printed quickly and efficienctly. I hope the store keeps them around. With previous interactions with prices I wasn't feeling great about the UPS store, but with this visit it's definitely in my favorite places to visit just for the customer service.

This is the third time I miss a package because the delivery guy doesn’t bother to get INSIDE the building. This apartment complex is big and they want to post the “sorry we missed you” sticker outside the entire building … not our personal door. If no one’s outside they won’t bother . Our neighbors have to wait outside for HOURS to get their package because they won’t attempt to knock on their door. Petty and ridiculous

They advertise that they are the packing and shipping experts but then they tell you that they only sell packing items and you need to pick the packing material and pack the item yourself. They only arrange for the shipping because all the packaging material is in front of the store and employees don't have access to it. Save your money and go to the post office. They sell the same packaging material and the rates are much less expensive.
