Never have I had a bad experience for the few times I have had to come in to send an Amazon package back. Today was pretty busy but 2 people helping and the 1 for pre paid labels only helped keep things moving

Stopped in this afternoon to try to return something from Amazon and the employee was so rude and unhelpful we had to walk out without returning our item. We overheard her being rude to another customer as well right before us. She needs to find another profession because customer service is not it.

Can you say RUDE. The lady who was working (didn’t catch her name) was just so unpleasant to work with. Watched her softball THROW packages into a box. Sold an item, and the customer complained absolutely how the box look like it got hit with a truck. Thank goodness it was something that couldn’t break. I think she needs to reevaluate what she does if she’s going to treat customers the way she does. But the other 2 who were working in the front were amazing. So sweet and apologetic!

Snotty attitude, over priced, terrible customer service. If you don’t like your job and it’s going to make you have an irritated attitude with customers who weren’t rude with you, THEN FIND A NEW JOB.

DO NOT GET A PO BOX HERE. They will send your mail back to who sent it. And the BANK will restrict your account. The UPS Store will take the money and laugh. I would consider this a Fedral offense. They offer a service and then screw with your mail. EVERY TIME I HAVE CHECKED MY PO BOX THERE WAS NO MAIL IN IT. And the store has never contacted me saying they have any problem with my mail.
