Stephanie was super helpful. She printed out a quote and was super nice when I left with my box. When I came back she was still just as helpful and kind.

Desipite it being rather busy, everyone was taken care of in a quick and humane way. Friendly and informative staff with quick hands and understanding behavior.

I'm re-doing my previous review..."Great service!! Better than the other UPS stores in the area."... Unfortunately, I had to redo my business address to a different State. After 1 week of having the mail box at this store, I tried canceling it. The owner had to get involved, but he's hard to reach by the store employees. I guess he doesn't speak to customers either.. After he was told of my issue he was very upset and approved only half of my full year's reimbursement. Although an agreement is made at time of getting a box, I expected some leniency; it was only one week. Because the staff provide great service, I'm lowering my review to 3 stars from 5. For anyone considering getting a Mail box, make sure to confirm the state location is acceptable for your business operations. Do this before paying for a Mail box.

Honestly I'm used to people in the industry being cranky and rude so it was refreshing to have a smiling face help me through my amazon returns. If you're not familiar, when doing an amazon return you have to bring up a different QR code in a different email for each item for the employee to scan. The lady that helped me was patient and smiling and moved quickly. I got credit for my return quickly so they ship right away. Overall pleasant experience. Wish there was one closer though.
