The UPS Store

Grumpy old lady should NOT be in customer service!!! Had an Amazon return. She charged me $1.07 to throw a small piece of tape on the end of package. Had a similar return at Staples, and they gladly taped the end shut, and made me feel welcome. I WILL NOT be going back to this UPS store!!

People serving people, The older lady is so rude allllll the time. Kindness goes a lone way. Ups in Bettendoff is no better, one of the worker ( shouted out” IIHate Amazon “ Again , people serving people. Not for you find another Job with no ppl

This UPS store is a joke. I was just in at 3:30pm and the line was out the door. This is the only bad experience I have had. I had a package dropped off there they said it wasn’t there. I had to wait till Monday for the main UPS tell me it was indeed there. Avoid the place if you can. UPS needs to remove them from being part of there network.

Never had to return anything and hope I don’t have to ever again. Didn’t have any supplies in stock (literally empty shelves) and the the taller older man told me to go to uhaul for supplies. Okay sure. Go get my supplies come back and he looks at my air conditioner and loudly sighs… “Ugh does look like I can’t do this one but here’s a dolly good luck” wow I wish I only had to do 1/4th of my job too that'd be awesome. Had to have other customers help me get my package into the store. The customers were more help than the associates I even offered to cashapp them because they’re not at work. Only reason it’s 1 star is because while the taller gentleman was virtually useless he was nice, and googles lowest rating is 1 star lol. Oh yeah also the customer computer was down. Go figure.

This is my second time being in this store and was treated very disrespectful. I didn't have my package tapes up and the lady there the first time I went told they couldn't Accept my package so I had to go bye tape and bring my package back. And while I was standing there. They wrapped up the white lady and man package without anything being said. So today I went an I was willing to pay for tape but while I was standing there they wrapped up four white people package again without anything being said about tape or charging them. So the man told me I have to pay a dollar for the tape I said you just wrapped 4 white people package and you didn't charge th He told me I was package is different and I need to pay a dollar This was crazy, and I repeated my self in saying you wrapped 4 white people package and I have to pay Well, I got my debit card out, and then he's says I'm like you go this time. By this time, I want him to charge so I could go off I will never go back and I will be filing.papers Descrimination pap also I didn't add I was the only black person in the store. The first time and the second time.
