The employees here are unprofessional that lack proper training. Came here for an international delivery and none of the employees were familiar on how to deliver an international package. One of the employee stated out loud he was not going to help with me with my request. Update: Wrote an email to the email that was provided. The solution for the manager or owner was to come back to the store. I'm definitely not making that mistake again. My recommendation is to find another UPS location. Do not go this UPS.

I just wanted to do a quick Thanks to an employee at this UPS store. Annie, thank you for listening, thank you for validating my concerns with the store in Benton Arkansas, they seem to not know what “FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY” regarding AMAZON returns means, nor how to treat their customers with professional service like yours. Because of Annie’s ability to listen to me, help me with my package without giving me a negative experience like I had at the Benton, Arkansas UPS store, I will continue to use the store as my preferred store when I’m taking not just my Amazon packages and I need to return a package, but for my once a month packages to my grandchildren in California and Texas. Annie, you’re on the ball. I forgot my phone, she was at the door, greeted me, and said “Ma’am here’s your phone”, went back to help the next customer. This is a type of customer service I expect when I go to a UPS store. Annie, you earned my customer loyalty.

When did UPS start requiring an ID to ship a package? I have been to this location many times and was never asked for an ID until today. I was only told that this has been a requirement since 2009. Well, I have been to this location a number of times after 2009 and was not asked for an ID to ship a package. Without a good explain of why I needed to show an ID to ship my package, that I am paying them to ship, I left and went to the Post Office and shipped my package and at reasonable rate!!!

The store is conveniently located n clean. The staff are friendly, courteous n helpful. I had my hand in a cast so the staff member provided assistance in completing the form online n transferred the mail form to their printer. Very appreciative.

Had to send a package and had questions. My questions were all answered without a problem. The lady was friendly and after my day that meant a lot. Currently looking for employment, thinking about looking at a place like this. Keep up the good work.
