Marie at this location was excellent and friendly when helping me with my packages. She so graciously waived the fee to print a shipping label as I did not have time to do it at home, which I greatly appreciate. She gave me an excellent recommendation on sweatshirts as I was returning a purchase that did not Work out . I want to say thank you so much. Your kindness and helpfulness made my day!

This is the best UPS Store. I've come here multiple times weekly for seven years and always get excellent service. Marie, Scott, Julian and Lionel are great and always go out of their way to help.

Came in last minute, Julian and Lionel went out of their way to help me and put me at ease b/c I was mailing out a high value item. Great guys. Very trustworthy. Give them a raise - it’s hard to find employees like that these days.

Worst UPS in town. They will overcharge you at every turn. Go see the people at the Edgewater store in Sloan’s Lake. You’ll pay a quarter of the price for the exact same services…. Update: Absolutely tragic response from the owner especially considering I mentioned I got better service at an appropriate price from ANOTHER UPS store. Again don’t waste your time with this rude & crooked store

They closed early at 2pm on a Saturday when they already close earlier than all the other UPS’ on Sat at 4pm and are not open on Sunday. An email was not sent to PO Box holders notifying them. I drove 35 min to get here. They also don’t send notices when your mailbox is up for renewal. Get your act together this location.
