The associates at the UPS store were super fun and welcoming! They helped me out with everything I needed, and they felt genuinely enthusiastic about helping me too! Plus, they have a great selection of holiday stamps!
I pay for the use of the Amazon locker and mailbox, for nearly 3 years I’ve used this UPS store. Didn’t have a problem until recently.
I had 6 packages missing. When I went into the store to inquire I was told “they’re not missing.” If I don’t have them in my possession nor do I know where they are…it seems that there is a word for that…almost like the packages are missing. I haven’t been getting notifications via email nor text message for my packages. When I asked why I was greeted with a huff. Once in awhile I understand but 2x a week apart is bad business.
However, I digress, the attitude of the employees is absolutely ridiculous. Some, not all of them, are incredibly rude, like you’re interrupting their work day by being in the store.
Occasionally, there is 1 employee that does go above and beyond, once I get his name I’ll update.
The owner has always been incredibly kind, helpful and polite but his employees’ attitude will sink his business.
Proceed with caution
In my personal opinion that I always go to this store, the attention of a girl who apparently is in charge is very bad. It's not nice at all, it's a shame for the store owner who has to post this bad review because of a person who is not very qualified for customer service.
