The UPS Store

This is my go to UPS store. Plenty of parking, and easy in and out. The staff are always professional and helpful. It can get busy, but the staff are efficient and move the line along while answering customer questions, and ensuring excellent service.

It was quick and easy to return items to Amazon. The staff inside the store were very nice and friendly. Thank you for providing such a helpful service.

The customer service is always great. They are patient and you don’t feel rushed but they are also efficient and the ease of returning, getting in and out, having questions answered is far superior to other delivery services.

Every time there is a line that takes no less than 30 min. They clearly aren't staffed enough to be doing Amazon returns since that's what most people in line have. It's faster to drive to campus and drop stuff off. Edit: dropped off a smartpost package and was told it has to go to the post office. That's not how smartpost works. It's surprising how bad a business can be

Great place for all my shipping and return needs! Staff is very friendly, efficient and patient even with difficult customers. They do their best to keep your wait time short!
