The UPS Store

Had a lady named Su return my Amazon products. She gave me no receipt and I am now responsible for my order. I am not very happy about it. It’s a 50$ mistake. DO BETTER AND HIRE RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. She very obviously did not want to do her job and continuously ignored me until I spoke up.

Su is a great! She helped me at a fantastic price! Half of what the others wanted to charge and helped with the packaging! Grateful for her help.

Very rude service. The lady in customer service ruined my whole day. I had to call and make a complaint with UPS, was on hold for 1 hour. I will never go to this location again. This is the first time I have ever had bad service at a UPS store and I send packages all the time. I noticed there are varied reviews; it would be interesting to know if there is a correlation with the race of the customer and her negative treatment of customers. Why does she still have a job? I hope she is not a part of the owners!☹️

Sue does an outstanding job. I have had a ups box for over a year now. When I need something printed she already has it in my mailbox by the time I arrive. When I receive a package she gives me a courtesy call and lets me know it has arrived. Very nice lady and a great business

Worst customer service ever, the old Asian women yelled at me to do her job. She refused to help me and I ended up having to go elsewhere. Go anywhere else and you'll get better service. This place should be shut down.
