Astonishingly, abysmally bad. I bought an envelope at this store, had a UPS employee notarize my documents, and shipped the documents right there. So easy right? Can you tell me HOW this envelope was lost when I handed it directly to the notarizing employee? It never even made it beyond the "label created" status. When I went to the store to see if they could help, the employee who notarized my documents rudely told me to file a claim. I did file a claim, and a week later I was only refunded the cost of the shipment, not the notarizing or the envelope. Corporate UPS customer service told me I need to contact the store myself to get a full refund. So now I have to decide whether I want to eat the costs or instead deal with this stunningly inept UPS employee again. A real Sophie's choice.
Update: store employee told me that I need to take it up with UPS corporate. Shocking.
This UPS Store location has the best customer service compared to any other store I have been to. I have worked with three different employees there, and they ALL were incredible and so willing to help me. I will continue to frequent this store for my printing and shipping needs!
How many of you can say you actually look forward to going to your UPS Store? I can! I've had a mailbox at this store for a few years now and the team behind the counter is AWESOME. Gary in particular. He handles mailboxes and printing in the store and I've watched him deal with stressful situations with grace and kindness. I was so impressed that I thought he was the owner of the store! Customer service goes a long way and it's what keeps me coming back.
