The UPS Store

UPDATE: Went to the UPS store for the first time since my last review since I needed a notary. I was there at 9am and they don't have a notary there until 10am. I left and came back at 12pm and then they tell me the notary is on an hour and a half break. Make sure you call before going there for the notary. It makes no sense that they would have that long of a break after only working two hours. If it was a situation where they had been there earlier then why would they not have notary services until 10am..? Original: Staff are rude and have "forgotten to send out" very important overnight packages twice now. Then they get mad at me for requesting a refund for the difference between the two day and one day. Overnight shipping is NOT cheap I felt like just issuing me the price difference wasn't much to ask. - I no longer go through UPS due to multiple shipping issues out side of this store.

Went in for a fingerprint at this location and honestly I had the best customer service experience with Binium not sure if I spelled it right he took the time to help me and explain everything very friendly he went above and beyond !!!! I Recommend this location

Adrian is awesome! I got here right before a big rush. He was helping me with fingerprints and helping work through the line. He is working hard!

The employees are very helpful, friendly, Mason to care of me today and I was very pleased, he made me feel welcome, made my "chore" into a bright spot in my day!
