Autumn (Hope I spelled this right) and Trevor are some the best employees that I have come across. A greeting as soon as I walked through the door, fast an immediate service, and most importantly an overall amazing attitude. Let’s just call them savants of the customer service profession.

Trevor and Benny were great help with me and my amazon return! Would highly recommend coming again! God bless you all and be safe 🙂

I can't say enough about the amazing customer service I experienced with Cody Divan. He helped me find a solution when no one else could. His patience and understanding were awesome. Thanks Cody!

I went to the Marketview store to have a document notarized and was told they could not notarize any documents because they were short staffed. I was the only customer in the store and the two employees were just leaning on the counter. They told me to come back on Thursday. I then drove to the store at Old Farm and was told the manager who does the notary service was at the Marketview store. I explained I had just come from there and what I was told. The employees appeared uncomfortable as I had caught them in what appeared to be an untruth. They stated they would not be able to do notary until the manager returned to their store sometime in the following week. I then called the Marketview store and asked for the manager. The female that answered the phone stated she was the manager. I explained my experience and she told me they could refuse to do notary during busy times. I explained they were not busy at either store during my visits. The manager told me I could go to a library or somewhere else but they were not providing notary services. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH HOW I WAS TREATED AND WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO EITHER STORE! Employees just didn’t seem to care about helping a customer.
