The UPS Store

Ups could not find my house. My house is easily found when lookin up online. It's in town. So ups claimed they could not find my house and left my package at the ups store. I went to the ups store to pick it up and they made me pay them 5 dollars to retrieve my package that I did not request be left there. Really disappointed that my package was held for ransom for a drivers mistake. Yes I know it's just 5 dollars and if it was due to my own negligence I would happily pay it. Ofcourse I paid it though and retrieved my package due to a lack of options.

Easy to get what I needed, friendly staff

I've visited this location twice bow and have had no issues whatsoever. Everyone I've dealt with is super friendly. There is no line, and I've been in and out quickly. Need to get some of the pot holes fixed in the parking lot, though.

We use this UPS store always and for many reasons. Amazon returns, copies of hand drawn Christmas cards, mailing EVERYTHING. They are the best in our eyes.

Very helpful with Amazon returns. Everyone in the store is helpful and friendly. Store hours are much better with new owner. They take care of notory, faxes, print signs (like garage sales), banners and wedding invitations.
