Visited this location on 10.31.23 and had a very awful experience with a young lady at this location. Very snotty and rude. I was charged a fee to return an Amazon item which usually doesn't happen. I contacted Amazon and was told that wasn't supposed to happen but they would refund me. I went back into the store to return the items d pay the fee this time going to a different clerk. This same young girl walks up behind him and says "7.00 dollars!" as if just because I chose to have someone different check me out that would bypass the fee! She was completely rude and as long as she's here I won't return to this location to do returns! Don't treat me like I'm some kind of crook!
Best UPS Store experience I’ve had. I was instantly greeted upon arrival, the associate knew exactly what to do, and I was in and out within a minute. Everyone was friendly and quickly assisting customers.
This store receives an overwhelming amount of Amazon return packages. It’s much more than they should be able to handle. Yet the young staff are always friendly, courteous, respectful, smiling, gentle, and always receives you with a greeting and a dismissal. This is a young crew, so that says a lot. Amazing staff. !!!
I recommend not returning any valuable amazon items here, amazon informed me that the item they received was the wrong item. When this happens there is no quick resolution (if there is a resolution at all). You will have better outcomes at less busy and better managed UPS locations.
Kids working here don't know how to do their jobs. Said they couldn't give me a receipt for dropping off a prepaid package when every other time I have been to this location and dropped off prepaid packages, they have given me a receipt with a copy of the tracking number. They said i could take a picture of the tracking number but they could not provide any proof of dropoff. Last drop off was 4 months ago and having proof of the dropoff via the receipt given got us out of a non-return fee because they lost the package. The young girl I spoke to was curt and dismissive and just walked away when I asked for the package back.
