customer service person, Jeff.
With phones and customers Jeff was wonderful customer service. He was professional, energetic, and calm. I wanted to tell his manager but couldn't catch up with him. So if you want great service go to the Buckley UPS.

Paid over $5 for 12 pages to be printed. They added a double sided print transaction and I didn’t even have double sided print. Total rip off. And what was with the Best Buy receipt paper at a UPS store???
UPDATE: Contacted them after the store responded to my review, no response back for over a month so I’m assuming management condones their employees stealing packages. It's just for them to save face
If you're returning anything of value, do not go to this UPS store. I returned two shoes, one from Nike and one from a no name brand. Same day, same person, literally the same time. My package from Nike mysteriously got lost in the mail yet my no name brand shoes made it back to the sender. It's not worth it, go to a UPS store in a better neighborhood to avoid the drama.
Called to see if I could get documents notarized. I was told the notary would be there in 10 minutes. Got there and was told the employee was out for a medical emergency. Really? That came up in the 30 minutes since I called? He didn’t even sound believable. Why can’t anyone be responsible for working anymore? It’s like the customer’s time is no longer valuable.
